Privacy policy

This page explains what Dhriaan Digital Dynamics (“Dhriaan”, “we”) collects when you use dhriaan.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a software studio based in India. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, a phone number if you want to add one, what you need help with and your message. With it we also record how you found us: the page you landed on, the website that sent you, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source) and the article you were reading. This helps us understand which pages bring enquiries.

We email your enquiry to our team and send you a short confirmation. To stop spam, we briefly look at the IP address a form comes from to limit repeated messages; we do not store it with your enquiry.

Analytics, only if you agree

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful. The first time you visit, we ask whether we may use analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city or country, not your exact address), how you arrived and which buttons you click.

If you decline, or before you choose, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive a basic, cookieless signal that a page was viewed, without anything that identifies you or your device across visits. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with advertisers.

Small things your browser keeps

  • Your cookie choice, so we don’t ask on every visit (kept in your browser until you clear it).
  • How you arrived on this visit, so it can go with an enquiry (cleared when you close the tab).
  • Whether you have already seen the opening animation (cleared when you close the tab).

Messages on WhatsApp or email

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation so we can reply and work with you. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, scope your project and send a quote.
  • To deliver and support work you hire us for.
  • To understand which pages help people, so we can improve the site (only with your consent).
  • To keep the site safe from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us

A few providers process data for us, only to run the site and our email:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks; it sees technical details such as IP addresses.
  • Resend sends the enquiry and confirmation emails.
  • Google provides Google Analytics, only if you agree.
  • Our email provider receives the messages you send to [email protected].

Some of these providers process data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and messages for as long as we need them to talk to you, do the work and keep proper business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them. Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for 14 months; after that only overall totals remain in reports.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. These rights come from India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

Grievance contact: Manish, Dhriaan Digital Dynamics, [email protected].

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
